What is a Scrum board?
A Scrum board shows the work in a sprint as cards that move through lanes, usually from planned to done. The whole team can see what is planned, what is in progress and what has shipped without asking for a status update.
Do I have to use sprints?
No. Every project works as a plain board straight away, so you can use it like a Kanban board. Add sprints when you want to plan work in time boxes; tasks outside a sprint stay in the backlog.
Can I change the lanes on the board?
Yes. Lanes are set per project: rename them, add new ones, reorder them or remove the ones you do not need. "Planned, On site, Shipped" works just as well as "To do, Doing, Done".
How do I add my team?
Invite people to a project by email, or share a project or an entire workspace with a team so every member gets access at once. Organizations add roles for who manages members, teams and workspaces.
Does AllScrum work on my phone?
Yes. On phones you get bottom navigation, swipeable lanes and full-screen tasks, and you can install AllScrum on your home screen. Projects you have opened stay available offline and your changes sync when you are back online.
How do I sign in?
With an email address and password, a passkey, or your Google, GitHub or Microsoft account. You can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app for extra protection.
