Plan work in sprints when you want time boxes, or skip them. Tasks outside a sprint wait in the backlog, and story points add up per lane.
Each task gets a short key like WEB-12 that you can say out loud or paste in chat. Press Ctrl K to jump to any task, project or workspace.
Group projects per customer or department. Share a project or a whole workspace with a team, and use organizations for roles.
See everything assigned to you across all projects in one list, and save the filters you use every day as a view.
Install AllScrum on your home screen. Projects you have opened stay available offline, and changes sync when you reconnect.
Ask how the sprint is going, what is stuck or where someone said something. Brainstorm ideas, and let it draft tasks and lanes you confirm with one click.
Import from Jira, Trello, Asana or Zoho Projects in a few minutes: tasks, comments, priorities and who did what. Export to CSV or JSON whenever you like.
A read-only link shows the lanes and details you pick, expires when you want, and lets visitors leave feedback without an account.

How it works
Three steps from an empty page to a board your whole team works from.
Type a name and you have a board with lanes, ready for the first task. Nothing to configure first, or import your projects from another tool.
Write tasks straight into a lane, give them points, a due date or a checklist, and assign them to people.
Drag tasks across lanes during the sprint. Everyone on the project sees the same board, live.
FAQ
A Scrum board shows the work in a sprint as cards that move through lanes, usually from planned to done. The whole team can see what is planned, what is in progress and what has shipped without asking for a status update.
No. Every project works as a plain board straight away, so you can use it like a Kanban board. Add sprints when you want to plan work in time boxes; tasks outside a sprint stay in the backlog.
Yes. Lanes are set per project: rename them, add new ones, reorder them or remove the ones you do not need. "Planned, On site, Shipped" works just as well as "To do, Doing, Done".
Invite people to a project by email, or share a project or an entire workspace with a team so every member gets access at once. Organizations add roles for who manages members, teams and workspaces.

It answers questions about your board (progress, the sprint, who is working on what, what is overdue or blocked), finds tasks and comments, gives advice and brainstorms ideas. When you ask it to, it prepares new tasks and lanes; nothing is created until you confirm. Every account has a monthly allowance, and your board data only goes to AI providers that do not store it or train on it.
Yes. Connect Jira Cloud or Asana with a token, or upload your Trello or Zoho Projects export. You pick which projects come along and which lane each status goes to, and tasks, comments, priorities, due dates and assignees come with them. You can export to CSV or JSON at any time too.
