POSITION: Lead Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
DUTIES: Manage the coordination and overall integration of
technical activities related to software quality assurance. Lead analysis of
computer software quality assurance, test cases, and provide architectural
design for various application testing and client’s quality assurance needs.
Use expertise on healthcare pharmacy domain and serve as technical expert
resource for testing teams on healthcare domain. Design automation framework
using QTP, Selenium tools for regression testing, and guide team members in
implementing project. Identify and focus on requested enhancements and
defect fixes in these frameworks. Serve as lead for all testing phases and
testing teams in large projects, including coordinating system, functional
integration and regression testing, automation testing tools assessment, and
recommending a testing framework that fits all test execution phases with
minimum maintenance. Confer with management and leaders in discussing
project specifications or procedures. Serve as a main point of communication
on the project for stakeholders. Create integrated test plans for inventory
management system and facilitate test plan review meeting with project
stakeholders. Interface with business team to understand requirements and
review test cases based on the requirements and make corrective changes
based on the design specifications. Work performed at unanticipated client
sites in Minneapolis / St. Paul metropolitan area.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires at least a Bachelor’s
degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical
Engineering, or closely related technical field, and at least five (5) years
of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience with healthcare pharmacy
domain applications and gathering business requirements (any title).
Position requires HP QTP Certification.
The job opportunity may involve minimal travel to client sites within
Minneapolis /St. Paul metropolitan area.
